ON PUNCTUALITY

I just checked out the Malacañang website to see if they're declaring another holiday this coming November. Instead, I found this really good presidential proclamation that I personally must adhere to.


Pres. Arroyo declared the whole month of November as "National Consciousness Month for Punctuality and Civility." Nice one, huh?
